RETURN POLICY 

LASHES

Unfortunately due to hygienic reason,  all sales are FINAL! There will be no return or exchange under any circumstances due to the nature of the products. If you receive an incorrect item please immediately send us a picture of the item at shopshadylust@gmail.com. Please include your Name, Order Number, and a photo of the item. Incorrect items need to be addressed within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date. 

 

JEWELRY 

If items are damaged please immediately send us a picture of the item at shopshadylust@gmail.com. Please include your Name, Order Number, and a photo of the item.

SHIPPING - Please allow 1 - 3 business days ( not including weekends or holidays ) for employees to process orders. Orders are sent through USPS First Class and should arrive to you within 2 - 5 business days after your order has been processed. 
Shady Lust is not responsible for any lost items during shipping, USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ? - A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been processed. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your tracking number to update after your receive your email. If you do not see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder.
